Northwest Center for Regenerative Medicine, PLLC is the legal registered business name and operates under the trade name “Center for Regenerative and Performance Medicine.” Throughout these Terms of Service, references to “Center for Regenerative and Performance Medicine,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Northwest Center for Regenerative Medicine, PLLC.

After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you rejoin. We will process any opt-out request within 10 business days.

Opting out of text messages will not affect your treatment, your appointments, or the care you receive. If you opt out, we will continue to contact you by phone, email, or mail.

8. Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin after opting out, you must provide consent again by texting START to (509) 822-2106, by submitting a new opt-in request through our website, or by completing a new consent form at our clinic. Messaging will resume once your new opt-in is confirmed.
