PRP Therapy in Vancouver, WA

Non-Surgical Joint Pain Relief Without Downtime or Drama

Vancouver Locals Work Hard and Move Fast—Don’t Let Joint Pain Drag You Down

From early morning commutes to Portland to weekend hikes in the Columbia River Gorge, Vancouver locals don’t have time to sit on the sidelines. But when joint pain, tendon injuries, or repetitive strain linger, most people think surgery is the only path forward.

At Northwest Center for Regenerative Medicine, our Vancouver clinic offers advanced Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections using the Regenexx® protocol—a non-surgical treatment that uses your own platelets to stimulate healing, reduce inflammation, and restore function. No scalpels. No steroids. No long recoveries.

  • 3–6 months: Full benefits for most patients

We partner with local PT clinics in Vancouver and Camas for post-treatment rehab support.

What Our Vancouver Patients Say

Individual results may vary. PRP is not FDA-approved for orthopedic use and is considered investigational.

PT helped a little, but PRP actually fixed the issue. After two injections, I was back trail running at Lacamas Lake.

Brianna K., 36, Camas

PRP gave me more relief than three cortisone shots. I’m sleeping through the night and back to lifting at the gym.
